Our in-house service division is staffed by experienced and highly qualified engineers. On request, our team will visit your facility and carry out a complete inspection of any non-functional instrument entirely free of cost.
On the basis of that detailed assessment, we submit a formal proposal for the repair work required to return the instrument from a non-functional to a fully functional condition — frequently at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new equipment.
We offer this as a value-added service to every laboratory we work with, and we warmly encourage you to make use of it.
On-Site Inspection
Our engineers attend your laboratory and examine the faulty instrument in full. There is no charge for this visit or the diagnosis.
Formal Repair Offer
You receive a written, itemised quotation setting out the parts, labour, and timeline required, so the decision rests entirely with you.
Restored to Service
On approval, we complete the repair and return the instrument to full working condition — saving the substantial cost of replacement.
